Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To create an account and use gaming services on 7u76, the user must be at least 21 years old. The platform may request proof of identity for age verification at any time. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all funds in such accounts will be considered void.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected from the same device, IP address, or payment method, 7u76 reserves the right to close them and confiscate the funds.
2.3 Accurate Information
Users must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure. Users must notify us promptly of any changes to their personal information.
2.4 KYC Verification
For withdrawals above a certain amount or in cases of suspicious activity, 7u76 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to be completed. Withdrawals or the account may be suspended if the required documents are not submitted in a timely manner.
Account Security
3.1 Password and Login Credentials
The user is responsible for keeping their account login credentials completely confidential. Sharing account access or passwords with anyone is not allowed. Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
3.2 Unauthorized Access
If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity related to your account, immediately email [email protected] or notify us via live chat. 7u76 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized transactions if the user fails to notify us in a timely manner.
3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Selling, transferring, or lending an account is strictly prohibited. If an attempt is made to sell the account balance or bonuses to any other party, the account will be permanently closed.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on 7u76 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support five methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposit Terms
- Deposited funds may take some time to reflect in the account; they are generally added immediately after the transaction is completed.
- Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name — using third-party payment accounts is prohibited.
- Funds from suspicious sources will not be accepted and necessary action will be taken in accordance with anti-money laundering policy.
- For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Sonali Bank may be used.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- To withdraw bonus funds, applicable wagering requirements must be met (see Section 5).
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- 7u76 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual withdrawal requests.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users at 7u76 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 will give a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making the total balance ৳18,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied only to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 — this amount must be wagered to withdraw winnings earned from the bonus.
The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering is completed. The original deposit amount may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, but the bonus will be forfeited in that case.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonus offers must be claimed within the designated time period.
- A bonus offer applies to one account no more than once.
- If multiple accounts are found to have been created to take advantage of bonuses, all accounts will be closed.
- 7u76 reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
- VIP members will receive special benefits according to their tier (see Section 6).
Gaming Rules and VIP Program
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on 7u76 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. 6.2 VIP Program

6.3 Technical Issues

Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and funds may be confiscated.

- Creating an account using a fake identity or false information.

- Misappropriating funds through chargebacks or payment fraud.

7.3 Conduct Violations

Amendment and Termination of Terms

12.2 Right to Close Accounts
7u76 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

12.3 Account Closure by User
